We have a 30-day return policy, which means that unsuitable items must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you must return unsuitable items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging (such as dust bags or gift boxes).
  • You are responsible for securely packing the item(s) to ensure they arrive safely.
  • A note with your order number must be included in the package.
  • The item must be purchased directly from www.bondep.com.

Important:

  • Products purchased from www.bondep.com cannot be exchanged or returned in physical stores.
  • KKNEKKI hair ties are non-returnable.

1.2 How to Return a Product

  1. Start your return by filling out the return form at www.bondep.com/pages/return-form.
  2. Submit the necessary information and choose the relevant return category.
  3. Use the prepaid shipping label included with your order and attach it to your securely packed return.
  4. Ship the package back to us within 30 days of your order date.

Note: Items received after the 30-day window will be sent back to you.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit www.bondep.com/pages/return-form.
  2. Select the category “Claim/Other” and provide the necessary details.
  3. Upload clear photos of the item and packaging.
  4. We will contact you via email with further instructions.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items (e.g., customized embroidery).
  • Sale items (marked as final sale).
  • Gift cards.
  • KKNEKKI hair ties (due to hygiene reasons).

4. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Place a new order for the desired product.
  • Return the original item following the steps in section 1.2.

Note: Products purchased at www.bondep.com cannot be exchanged or returned in stores.


5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
